Allow filtering and sorting on user columns in LiveTable

Curretly, user columns like doc.author, doc.creator or even List of Users properties (single values) are only filterable and sortable by userID, however, the UI displays the plain user name (first_name last_name) which is very confusing to users.

Normally, filtering should work on both userID and display name, while sorting should always work on display name.
