On HSQLDB each access to the hibernate store generate a switch schema request

    Description

      Same for all SCHEMA based databases (so pretty much everything but MySQL).

      Looks like someone refactored XWikiHibernateBaseStore#setDatabase and removed the check on the current database...

      Regression caused by XWIKI-8172 it seems.
