Allow EntityResourceReferenceHandler to call XWikiActions

    Description

      The EntityResourceReferenceHandler currently in place is not activated (ie: will not handle entity-typed requests as it should) at the moment as we still want the old core and its bundled Struts framework to handle the request.

      The idea here is to allow the EntityResourceReferenceHandler to call either the ResourceReferenceHandler associated with the request action if defined, or to fallback on XWikiActions.
