Different skin for users without account

Hello,

We turned off our authentication on xwiki so anyone can access and view the content. Unregistered users are only allowed to view content.

Strange thing is that Simplex skin is set as default and logged users see that skin. If someone tries to use xwiki without login then different skin is applied.

We had similar problems with logo and resolved it by set 'view' permissions for unregistered users for that and children.

In case of skins I went through the same steps but without any results. All applied changes are visible for unregistered users beside these that are referring to changing skin and customizing.

What is more interesting if I'm logged user I see that skin and any change I made to that skin they are visible. If I'm unregistered user then no changes are visible.
