Keep page position at section anchor level after editing a section

Currently editing a section of a long document somewhere in the middle of that document then saving the change results in the page going all the way back to the top.

If you want to continue editing you now have to scroll down to that section again and when there are several dozens of them finding it can be difficult and even the TOC may be of little help. This can be quite tiring and frustrating when frequently making changes to sections.

The page should remain at the level of the anchor for a section when saving changes to the section.
