Base Colors Component Active Background and Text aren't changed in the Profile section

Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit the default theme (Administer Wiki > Look & Feel > Themes > Customize, from Color Theme section)
2. Click on Base colors
3. Select a component active background
4. Select a component active color
5. Click on Save & Continue
6. Open a wiki page in a new tab

Expected results: The component active background and text color is changed - e.g. click on Profile > In Settings click on any option e.g. Profile/Preferences. or Administer Wiki > look and Feel >  Themes > Customize (Color Theme)  > Click here to force editing > Click on any of the Variables eg. Logos, Base colors.

Actual results: The changes appear in the Themes Variables but not in the Profile section.
