Inconsistent behaviour when copying / moving to a location that already exists

    Description

      Create a page. Try to copy / move this page in another location, where a page already exists.
      Results:

      • Copy will give a warning and allow to overwrite or change target
      • Rename will give an error

      We should have a consistent way of handling the "already exist" use case.

      Note: #core.create.page.error.docalreadyexists# does not appear anymore. if you want to create a page that already exists, XWiki opens the page in edit mode.
