Create a Wiki and Attachment property type

Create a Wiki and Attachment property types working like the Page property type, i.e.

1. Create the properties as Lists (Database List for Attachment and the abstract ListClass for Wiki)
2. Have a picker associated to them (auto-suggestion)
3. (Handle multiselect)

The Attachment type should probably have a parameter to make the auto-suggestion search only inside a page and its children.
