Can't upgrade debian package from tomcat 7 to tomcat 8 with the same version of XWiki

    Description

      In you move from tomcat7 to tomcat8 based package then most of the files will still be owned by tomcat7 user.

      Also it sometime generate the following error:

      Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
