Rating a page containing dots in its name is not possible

Steps to reproduce

• Create page containing a dot in its name
• Install the Rating extension and configure it to display ratings everywhere on the current wiki
• Head to the page created above and try to rate it

Expected behaviour

The rating is taken into account and refreshing the page displays the new rating level updated accordingly.

Actual behaviour

An HTTP error is raised by the browser and the rating is not taken into account.

Resolution path

Encode the target page identifier in the XWiki.Rating page.
