Compare Selected Versions is confusing for non-adjacent versions

When comparing selected versions, the box at the top displays a single change comment. This is confusing if you are comparing non-adjacent versions and is a particular problem when minor edits are hidden.

For example in:

https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Livetable%20Macro?viewer=changes&rev1=101.2&rev2=102.2

the Summary and Detail include changes made in 102.1 (from 101.2), but only the change comment for 102.2 is displayed.
