DefaultSecurityCache is initialized twice

It implements two roles. It also mean you don't actually access the same cache if you use org.xwiki.security.authorization.cache.internal.SecurityCache or org.xwiki.security.authorization.cache.SecurityCache which is an important bug.

It does not make any sense for org.xwiki.security.authorization.cache.internal.SecurityCache to be a role.
