Display a saving message when doing save&view and disable immediately the editor

    Description

      Starting with XWIKI-6665 the save&view is now async, so we should show a saving message to inform the user something is happening in the background. Moreover we currently disable the editor only in case of success, before the redirect. We should disable the editor immediately in case of lag of the server.
