Synchronize all JDBC driver versions

    Description

      Right now we set the JDBC driver versions in different places:

      • Maven in platform-distribution
      • XWkiDockerExtension for the docker-based tests + in the pom of this module

      The goal is to move the maven properties representing the JDBC driver versions into xwiki-platform's pom.xml and use the values there for all code.
