Users get asked for the email token after first connection with OIDC authenticator

Apparently users properties are not correctly set since the change made on XWiki 11.6RC1. More information on the forum post: https://forum.xwiki.org/t/authentication-active-check-missing/5714/5

The root issue is actually that the active and email_checked properties are not set at all (users are created in the authenticators, not through XS), so the users are considered as inactive and their email address not set.
Fix should be to check the values in XWikiUsers with a default value of 1.
