xwiki-mysql-common package cannot be installed on Debian Buster

The package libmysql-java does not exist anymore.

Since it does not seems to exist any Debian package which provide the mysql connector or at least a link to the mariadb one I guess the best for 11.3.x branch to to do the same as 11.5+ and and embbed the mysql connector.
