      Tomcat 9, Ubuntu 18.04.04, 

      I edited the /etc/xwiki/xwiki-tomcat9.xml  and made the following change to make the warning messages go away

      cacheMaxSize="25600" cacheObjectMaxSize="1280"

      You may wish to consider updating the values.
