Add prenotification support for document change listeners

We have prenotification support for action listeners, but not for document change listeners.

Such a notification will be triggered before saving the document, and it will allow a listener to change the document that gets saved. For example, it can automatically set the document title to a value from inside an object, or recalculate some computed object fields.
