No possibility for an user to know she's followed and by whom

There's currently no way for an XWiki user to know that he or she is followed by someone. The network tab only shows the people users are following, not those who follow them. And there's no notification when a user starts to follow someone.

IMO we should align on what has been done on ActivityPub extension on that subject.
