If first batch of results for the navigation tree is empty the rest is not shown when clicking on "more ..."

Use case where it has been observed:

Installation with several ( > 20) subwikis. Users are defined in the main wiki and have view access to the main wiki and only one subwiki.

For some users, viewing the XWiki.DocumentTree the Wiki tree example shows no wikis but only a "N more ..." link. When clicking this link, the link disappears without showing any results.

In the browser console one can indeed see that the first batch of wikis is empty, and the second batch contains the two wikis they have access to. (This only happens if the user have no access to all the wikis returned in the first batch, so these all get filtered out due to missing view rights.) The contents of the second batch are not displayed.

The issue likely shows up for other entities to be listed; I only tested the wiki case so far.

It helps to manually edit the XWiki.DocumentTreeMacos and set the default value for $limit to 2 to reproduce the issue (less test content to set up).
