Watch page switches shouldn't led to contradictory filters

    Description

      Notification watch page switches might led to creation of filters that contradict another filter created by the user: e.g. creating a ignore all events filters for both alert/email while the user created a custom filter to accept all events types specifically for emails.

      For the case with Notification switches, it's related with XWIKI-17787, follow the reproduction steps of XWIKI-17787 and switch off the Notification watch switch for the whole wiki.
