The login URL should return 200

As the XWiki login URL (e.g. https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/login/XWiki/XWikiLogin) can be successfully loaded and the user has appropriate privileges to access the login page the response should get the HTTP code 200 (see to information available here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Status#Successful_responses)

401 should be returned only if the user is trying to access a page that he is not authorized to load (see: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/401)
