Add the possibility to select more options for visibility or location

Currently there is the possibility to add a multiple menus and there is the possibility to set:

• the location in page:
  • after the page header (standard menu)
  • in a right panel
  • in a left panel
• the visibility for:
  • Current User (default)
  • Current Wiki
  • Global

But there is not possible to select a certain location (a certain space) or to select the visibility for a certain users or group of users.
E.g. Display a different menu for unregistered users, or for a certain group or display a different menu in a location.
As a workaround this can be tackle with small interrogations inside the menu. But this can cause clutter, that could be difficult to manage the menu for some users.
