Diffs don't reflect addition of attachments

If I add/delete an attachment to a document, the revision number gets bumped, but the diffs don't show the fact that there was an atttachment added/deleted. The diffs should also be able to show the attachment delta when I revert a document to a version that has different attachments.

Basically a Set difference between thelist of attachments for two versions.
