Allow to use DefaultStringEntityReferenceSerializer as non-component

DefaultStringEntityReferenceSerializer used to be usable as non-component until XWIKI-13338 where we added support of SymbolScheme.
If it's not encouraged to use it like that, it might be helpful to protect it against NPE occuring when we use it without injecting it as a component.
