Make the docker test framework work on Jetty 10+

    Description

      This is a workaround because right now we only support Jetty 9.x by default in the XWiki WAR (see XWIKI-18352). The support for Jetty 10.x is done by having to modify the jetty-web.xml file in the XWiki WAR. This is what the docker-based test framework will do too.
