Allow database migrations also for multiwikis

    Description

      Right now only the default database (ie. "xwiki") is updated.

      We need to add a configuration parameter that lists the databases to be migrated with the ability to specify ("all") . For example:
      xwiki.store.migration.databases=db1,db2, ...
