    Description

      Add an option in xwiki.cfg to be able to block users registration in sub-wiki or force registration on main wiki.
      This to be able to configure a wiki farm using only global users.

      When option enabled and not in main wiki:

      • remove "Users" tab in Administration
      • remove Local/Both/Global list chooser in rights management interfaces (Global rights, Space rights, Page rights)
      • always return false in hasAccesLevel for "register" right level
