Improve LDAP authentication performance with connection pooling and cache

To ensure a better performance of LDAP authentication on heavy site and XWiki farm, it could be nice to use a similar technique that the one used by apache in mod_ldap (http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/mod_ldap.html). Authentication code currently produce a lot of bind request to the LDAP server.
