Hitting enter at the end of the paragraph moves the cursor at the beginning of the next unit in IE

In Internet Explorer, when hitting enter at the end of a paragraph, the cursor is positioned at the beginning of the next unit (paragraph, heading, etc) and typing now is typing inside this next unit.
It should create a new line and put the cursor on the newly created line.
