Servlet container dependent mimetypes for attachments

    Description

      The mime types of the attachments are dependent of the servlet container in which the XWiki instance is deployed.

      This is particularly annoying for image attachments, which are not served universally, for example the .bmp files are unknown for jetty container (therefore application/octet-stream) but well images for tomcat. See related bug for usecases.
