Storing an existing page with a null title using XMLRPC raises a null pointer exception

Normally existing page are retrieved using getPage and stored after modifying some fields with a subsequent storePage.

However somebody might create an XWikiPage object ex-novo and initialize only its id and content.
Though this is perfectly legal for storing non-existing pages (creating pages), if the id represents and existing page storing it causes a NPE.
