including macros defined in syntax 2.0 doc from a syntax 2.0 document has a cache issue

The first time you view the second page the macro is not available. This is similar to why we introduced includeMacros in syntax 1.0 to make sure we have the macro loaded.

This seems like a non critical bug but in reality it is critical. After server restart a bunch of pages in your wiki will display the macro code instead of the result. While reload fixes it this leaves a very bad impression to the users who regularly call the webmaster to notify the problem and sometimes they don't even try to reload and think the application is broken.
