Links are lost when switching to Source in the WYSIWYG editor

In the WYSIWYG editor, when switching to source, all links are lost !

Here is a test case:

1. Open the WYSIWYG editor on a new document
2. Create a link in the document (any kind, to Wiki page or Web Page)
3. Switch to Source
4. The link has gone
5. Switch bask to WIYSIWYG, the link is still missing

Other test case:

1. Put an URL (ie: http://www.xwiki.org/) in a document with 2.0 syntax using the XWiki editor and save the document
2. Open the document in the WYSIWYG editor, the URL is a link
3. Switch to Source
4. The URL has gone
5. Switch bask to WIYSIWYG, the link is also missing

Note that saving the document without going to source does not exhibit any error. The links vanished only on the switch from WYSIWYG to Source.
