RSS macro shouldn't transform the feed's HTML

Right now it uses the HTML macro to render the feed's HTML content. However it should generate a RawBlock so that:

• we don't modify the RSS feed's input
• we don't use the HTML macro and thus if that macro is disabled the RSS macro will still continue to work
