Can't navigate with "Down" arrow in a table

Steps to follow to reproduce:

• create a new page and go to wysiwyg edit mode
• insert a table
• place the cursor before the table
• press the "Down arrow" and try to navigate through the table this way

Result: You are first taken to the header section of the table, then are positioned at the end of the table.
