login impossible with ie on a sub wiki

I have created a subwiki with XEM, callled "bim_wiki", based on the default template, with the alias :bim_wiki.priv.rhodia.com.
I put this adress in ie: http://bim_wiki.priv.rhodia.com:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Main/
I have access to the home page. I click on "log in" to connect myself, I access this page: http://bim_wiki.priv.rhodia.com:8080/xwiki/bin/login/XWiki/XWikiLogin?xredirect=http%3A%2F%2Fbim_wiki.priv.rhodia.com%3A8080%2Fxwiki%2Fbin%2Fview%2FMain%2F
I tape: "superadmin/system", it redirects me on this page: http://bim_wiki.priv.rhodia.com:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Main/;jsessionid=9359682BC13A1891D2033FA39735FD77
and I'm not connected.
When I try the same with Firefox, I'm redirected on the page http://bim_wiki.priv.rhodia.com:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Main/ and I'm connected as superadmin.

I have any error log in tomcat logs.

My aliases are still not created so I put the ip of my srever and the alias in the file host of my computer.
