      This generates the following:

      <h1 id="HTitle"><span>Title</span></h1><p>some description<!--startmacro:velocity|-||-|$doc.use("Sandbox.FF3")
$doc.display("foo")--><p>test</p><!--stopmacro--></p>

      Notice the paragraph inside a paragraph problem
