False annotation update events are being launched every time the content of the page is being changed

Every time the page content is changed and the page is saved, an annotation update event is being launched for each annotation on that page, even if no annotation is modified.

Update events should be launched only when the selection or the fields of the annotation object are changed, but not for the selection context.
