Cannot edit content of the container macro in the Wysiwyg macro wizard

To reproduce:

• edit a page in wysiwyg mode
• use the macro wizard to add a macro
• select container macro from the list, advance to the edit macro parameters screen ("Select" button)

On the edit macro parameters screen, there are fields for css class, justify and layout style, but no field for the macro content.
