Add 3 ways merging API to old model (XWikiDocument, BaseClass, etc.)

The idea is to make easier to apply a 3 ways merge on a XWikiDocument object.

Mostly used for xar extension upgrade but since it has to be done it would be useful for lots of other things like svn/git/whatever XWiki extension for example.
