Platform encoding used when decoding filenames of zip entries during XAR import.

    Description

      I exportet pages and it failed to import them. Why? Because of special characters in the page headlines.

      Having a look in the exportet .xar-file everything inside the package.xml is fine. But the filenames itself are broken. Please having a look on the screenshot with the filenames of the .xml-files of the pages on the left and the listing of the page inside the package.xml on the right.
