Use script service everywhere for accessing the wiki manager and application manager plugins

The latest changes in WikiManager and ApplicationManager plugins allow installation as script services, but a lot of places where the plugin access method was used were not updated to use the plugins as script services instead. This means that, it you don`t install the plugins as plugins (by modifying the xwiki.cfg file), a lot of problems will arise.
