Improve visual representation of macros by differentiating them from normal content

This can be solve by:

• [preferred] showing a distinct background color on normal state (blue) + highlight state (yellow)
• having a header displayed for macros (collapsed and/or expanded state)
• have a highlight macro output option
• etc.
