livetable macro bad javascript row variable usage after livetable results api changes

After changes to the livetable results API (in 3.5 I think), the livetable macro has calls to row[doc_fullname] which are not valid anymore. This happens in 2 cases:

1/ if the document retrieved through the livetable does not have view rights for the user
2/ if the "editor" mode is used for fields and the editProperty JS function is called (used by the Livetable property editor extension available at http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/LiveTable+Property+Editor)

This is an api breakage that needs to be fixed
