Code macro should cache syntax highlighting result to improve rendering performance

    Description

      Since code is mostly static and the code rendering is not very fast, it makes sense to wrap the code macro in a cahce macro with maximum ttl to improve performance.

      this has been discussed on #xwiki irc channel, and vmassol knows the details.
