Users are allowed to create pages without entering a "Page Name" on IE8/9

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Hover over "Add" and click on "Page"
      • Click on "Create"

      On Firefox and Chrome you're not allowed to continue without entering a page name, but on IE8/9 after you click on "Create" the page is created under the name "NewPage". I've attached screenshots for Firefox and IE.
