Failed to register wiki component - requires admin rights

Installing extension under Admin user throws "Failed to register the wiki component located in the document X. Root cause: Registering UI extensions require admin right." and so extension doesn't work properly on specified page X. On every other page works fine

How to reproduce:
1) install Excel plugin
2) install Livetable Excel Export macro
http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/LiveTableExcelExport+Macro
3) see extension installer log, serveral pages can have this problem
4) follow usage instructions on extension page
4) excel export macro exports to json only on problematic pages
