Add an informative message in Administration page related to the option "Make Version Summaries Mandatory"

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Hover over Wiki and click on "Administer Wiki"
      2. Click on "Edit Mode Settings"
      3. Change the "Make Version Summaries Mandatory" to Yes

      You might need to put an informative message for users in Administration page, that they need to press CTRL+F5 for the option to work, because, otherwise, the users that didn't know about this keyboard combination believe that is an issue.
