Make sure URL invite are very compact

Users at Institut Telecom are completely confused by long invitation URLs. XWiki has to make sure the invitation URLs are short. In particular, the URL itself should not include the project name which could be very long already. Indeed, many email clients truncate URLs, and users are just lost, totally unable to recover truncated URLs from their invitations.
